Bitdefender is a veteran of online security for PCs, and its Android app, Mobile Security & Antivirus, has for some years now been keeping our Android devices safe from the growing number of mobile security threats out there. In our review, we put the latest version to the test.

Navigation in Bitdefender is clear and easy to figure out. / c Bitdefender Mobile Security works very fast. We tested it out on the HTC One (M8) and the mid-range Huawei Ascend G7, and it usually completed scans within a minute.
In the time that we've been using the app, we didn't experience any crashes or performance problems, although there were a couple of times we had trouble accessing some of the remote anti-theft features on the mybitdefender.com website. We'd usually access them in the end, but the site could do with a little bit more stability.
